The working principle of the heat sink is based on heat conduction and heat radiation. When the CPU, GPU, or other components are working, they generate a lot of heat.
The heat sink is in close contact with these components, absorbing and transferring heat to the heat sink through thermally conductive materials. Since the heat sink usually has multiple fins, the function of these fins is to increase the heat dissipation surface area, thereby accelerating the dissipation of heat.
