Types of Spray Painting
Airless Spray Painting: Uses high pressure to atomize the paint without air. It’s ideal for thick coatings and provides fast coverage.
HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure): Involves a spray gun that delivers high volume with low pressure, ensuring precise application with minimal overspray. It’s great for fine finishes and detailed work.
Electrostatic Spray Painting: A technique where the spray gun imparts a negative charge to the paint particles, which are then attracted to the positively charged surface. This minimizes overspray and waste.
Conventional Spray Painting: Uses compressed air to atomize the paint. This is one of the most common methods for a variety of industrial applications.
